It's being investigated as a possible act of domestic terrorism.

Benjamin Don Roden, 28, was arrested in Tulsa on Tuesday after the explosion outide the US Air Force recruitment center on Monday night.

On Sunday, a day before the explosion outside the office in Bixby, a suburb of Tulsa, he wrote ominously on Facebook: 'That government vehicle looks lovely setting outside that office in Tulsa.

Bixby police say the blast was reported around 10:30 p.m. Monday.

Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives spokeswoman Meredith Davis said agents are treating the matter as a domestic act of terror "out of an abundance of caution", because of the proximity to the recruiting center, but that it could also have been a prank or an accident.

The witness reportedly told investigators a person on a red "crotch rocket" motorcycle drove up to the front of the recruiting center and threw a backpack at the front entrance and drove away quickly before the explosion. The FBI has not yet determined if the two criminal incidents at the respective recruiting centers are linked. They believe it may have been a pipe bomb.
