What Exactly Is Taylor Swift Up To?

Taylor Swift Blacks Out Her Website and Social Media Accounts: Is New Music on the Way?

However, it looks like things are about to change.

She's causing a ruckus by vacating social media.

In addition to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Tumblr, her website went dark and the hashtag "TS6IsComing" - as in her sixth studio album - trended worldwide.

Taylor Swift has deleted all of her Instagram posts, fuelling excitement that a new album is imminent.

Without any confirmation from management or reps, Swifties worldwide are already rejoicing with the thought of possible new era by trending #TS6isComing on Twitter. It's unclear if Swift's accounts had been hacked or if the moves were done in anticipation of the singer releasing a new recording.

"All Taylor Swift's social medias are like this".

Talk about a blank space! (Well, I mean, it's admirable that they try.) So if this is Swift's early stages of doing a massive album drop announcement, she's off to a good start with this social media cleanup.

"1989" sold a record 1.28 million copies during its first week of release in 2014, going on to win the Grammy for album of the year.

Unsurprisingly, her fans are speculating that this means an album drop can't be too far off.

Swift recently donated a "generous" amount of money to "Law & Order" actress Mariska Hargitay's foundation that helps sexual assault victims.

Swift accused Mueller of groping her at a meet-and-greet event in June 2013.

Swift's internet purge comes on the heels of her court victory against former radio host David Mueller. As fans know, Swift has been maintaining a low profile, and it seems she is using that opportunity to write songs.
