Dead, 2 Hurt In Shooting At Baltimore

Shooting in Harford County business park

"We have lost three lives so far this morning in Harford County", Gahler said, adding that it wasn't a random shooting.

The suspect, a 37-year-old man named Radee Labeeb Prince, is still at large and was last seen fleeing the scene in a black 2000 GMC Acadia with DE license plates PC064273.

Harford County, Maryland, Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler said Prince shot his victims with a handgun just before 9 a.m. and fled the Emmorton Business Park in Edgewood, which is about 25 miles northeast of Baltimore.

Shock Trauma, a hospital in Baltimore, said two victims are critical.

Prince has yet to be captured, and he's considered armed and unsafe. The men told him someone was shooting and he asked if they had called 911.

Investigators believe Prince is associated with the business, but information on the exact relationship was not known immediately.

Prince might be driving a 2008 Black GMC Acadia SUV with a Delaware Registration of PC064273.

A manhunt is underway for the 37-year-old Prince, who is considered armed and risky.

A co-worker sought a peace order against Radee Prince in February, saying Prince had punched an employee in the face and returned and threatened employees. He was also charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm in Cecil County, Md. Use extreme caution if you see him. Multiple injuries have been reported and several schools around the area have been placed on lockdown. However, the charges were dropped three months later, according to The Sun.
