Disgraced Weinstein hit by new sex attack lawsuit

Kadian Noble told a New York press conference that in May 2016 she confided in one of Harvey Weinstein's assistants that he sexually assaulted in Cannes France in 2014

The charges of sex trafficking have been filed by the legal council for actress Kadian Noble alleging that, "Harvey Weinstein was able to force or coerce Kadian into sexual activity in his hotel room because of his promise to her of a film role and use of his influence on her behalf, despite having no intention of following through on those promises".

British actress Kadian Noble has filed a lawsuit against the Weinstein brothers and the company they founded, arguing that Harvey Weinstein's alleged assault of her at the Cannes Film Festival and the company's complicity in it constituted sex trafficking.

But later, "in or about February, 2014", Weinstein allegedly approached Noble at Le Majestic Hotel in Cannes, France, and asked her "to come to his hotel room to review her reel with her and discuss further steps in securing the role he had previously targeted for her".

But there he assaulted her in the bathroom, groping her and forcing her to perform a sex act on him despite her protestations and her attempt to flee, according to her lawsuit filed in NY this week.

Noble told CBS News that Weinstein forced her into a bathroom where he sexually assaulted her.

She said she saw Weinstein several times since but after the last meeting in May a year ago, again at Le Majestic, she told the executive assistant in London her sexual assault allegation. He then allegedly told her his "people would be in touch".

She is also suing the Weinstein Co. and Bob, accusing them of being aware of Weinstein's behavior and of contributing to his foreign travel to recruit women into "forced or coerced sexual encounters".

"Essentially under the statute, if a US citizen goes to another country and uses force to entice a person to engage in a commercial sex act, they violate this law", Herman said.

Weinstein "blocked her exit" next according to court papers and 'pulled down Kadian's shirt, revealing her breasts, and unbuckled his trousers and belt'. First a civil suit was filed Monday in the United Kingdom alleged sexual assault by the disgraced producer. Federal sex-trafficking law prohibits causing someone to engage in a commercial sex act by means of force, fraud, or coercion (or at all if they're under 18).

'Upon information and belief, the code word among TWC employees "FOH", meant "Friend of Harvey", and referred to a young woman who had participated in sex in exchange for a role or position in an upcoming project, ' states the court filing.

The company violated USA sex trafficking law by "benefiting from, and knowingly facilitating, the venture in which Harvey Weinstein traveled in foreign commerce to recruit or entice female actors into forced or coerced sexual encounters on the promise of roles", states the lawsuit.

Kadian Noble, 31, also told a press conference on Tuesday how she felt further pressured into silence after describing Weinstein's alleged offending to an executive assistant in London.

'TWC employees knew to "take care" of the FOH's'.

"Mr. Weinstein denies allegations of non-consensual sex".
