During his acceptance speech, Franco pulled out his Wiseau impersonation again, joking that Wiseau once was stuck in traffic during the Golden Globes and vowed to make his own movie. One of those people was Ally Sheedy, who tweeted from an unverified account.

One person said: 'I really would have liked it if James Franco let Tommy Wiseau speak.

Franco played Tommy Wiseau, Hollywood cult hero of mysterious origins and the force behind the worst-best-film-ever "The Room", in "The Disaster Artist". Another mysterious tweet from Twitter user @Enty alluded to some other sexual misconduct by Franco. Sheedy did not include a specific allegation against Franco, and a spokesperson for Sheedy did not immediately respond to TIME's request for comment.

Actress Sarah Tither-Kaplan also had a problem with Franco wearing the Time's Up pin, suggesting that Franco exploited her when she agreed to appear nude in two unnamed films she did for him. They're bringing up the incident from several years ago in which he was accused of sliding into a 17-year-old girl's DMs; he was 35. He said that he was "embarrassed", had "used bad judgement" and that "social media is tricky", Fox News reported.
