LiAngelo Ball declares for 2018 NBA Draft

Mizzou's Michael Porter is heading into NBA Draft

Lonzo Ball's loud mouth father, LaVar, has stated multiple times that all of his three kids are going to be on the Lakers.

It just continues. After being pulled out of UCLA (by his father) and joining Vytautas Prienai of the whatever league in Lithuania (because his dad sponsored the team), LiAngelo Ball will now be entering the NBA Draft.

Instead of waiting out the suspension, Ball and younger brother LaMelo signed professionally with Lithuanian team Vytautas Prienu, making themselves ineligible to play collegiately in the U.S.

LiAngelo Ball hopes to be the kind of player that can prove himself to be a useful National Basketball Association player in this year's draft process, officially declaring for the draft on Tuesday morning, as his agent Harrison Gaines told Yahoo's Shams Charania. As NBA teams increasingly value 3-point shooting and defending wings, Ball will have an opportunity to prove to teams that he is a potential draft pick.

But will a team select him? In December 2016, LiAngelo had a 72-point performance for Chino Hills, and in February LaMelo had a 92-point game. LiAngelo wasn't close to being one of the best players on the UCLA team he would've played on had he not been busted for shoplifting in China. The former UCLA Bruin is coming back to the United States. The 19-year-old shooting guard has averaged just under 15 points a game in Lithuania, but will be participating in the Pro Basketball Combine in May. Said LiAngelo, according to Ball Is Life. He also got 11 rebounds.
