Angelina Jolie claims Brad Pitt is not paying enough child support

Angelina Jolie Is 'Fueled By Anger' Amid Rumors She Could Lose Custody Of Her Kids To Brad Pitt

The documents did not clarify how much is considered "meaningful child support".

The document says her attorneys will work with Pitt's lawyers to ensure the actors are single again in 2018.

Angelina Jolie reportedly wants to divorce Brad Pitt as soon as humanely possible - even though the pair have been fighting for custody of their children for nearly two years. In the child custody hearing in June, the judge did not directly address Pitt's worth in relation to the child support he is allegedly supposed to pay 'informally'.

"Given the informal arrangements around the payment of the children's expenses have not been regularly sustained by [Pitt] for over a year and a half".

What's more, those close to Pitt believe that Jolie only filed the new papers as a warning shot after he told her that he wanted to restart the formal divorce process.

Brad and Angelina announced their split in September 2016 and while their separation initially seemed amicable, the divorce battle has been dragging on for almost two years. The actors are "at an impasse", the source added, so there will be "no settlement or resolution anytime soon".

The pair have been at odds over the custody of their five children Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox (Maddox is 17 years of age and can choose who to spend time with).

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's divorce is not getting any easier.

But a source with knowledge of the case has claimed the court filing by the 43-year-old Maleficent actress was done in order to get their marriage "dissolved" quickly.

The latest news comes after a spokesperson for the actress slammed reports suggesting she was parting ways with her attorney during a crucial juncture in her custody battle. Brad Pitt was also cleared of child abuse. "It's deplorable that someone for their own selfish reasons leaked selective portions of the confidential and sealed court record to create an inaccurate and unfair picture of what is really happening".
