Royals reveal the images on their Christmas cards

Royal family

"The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are delighted to share a new photograph from their Wedding Reception", Kensington Palace wrote in the post on their official Instagram account.

Kensington Palace and Clarence House have released The Royal Family's Christmas cards for 2018 - and they're completely adorable. But it's definitely fitting.

Speaking to Yahoo UK's The Royal Box, she explains the Queen and the rest of the royals arrive at her Norfolk estate in time for tea on Christmas Eve.

The series of three photographs are never-before-seen snapshots of the royals, taken during the year.

The royals reportedly had a stellar time last Christmas, which marked Meghan Markle's first Christmas spent with the British Royals. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have both released their Christmas cards on the same day - and they couldn't be more different.

Harry's older brother William, Duke of Cambridge, and his wife Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, chose an autumnal image of them and their children.

Soon after, a sweet image of first-in-line Prince Charles and wife Camilla was also uploaded. Charlotte is smiling in between her parents and a growing Louis, who was born in April, is beaming in the arms of his mom.

As you can imagine, Meghan and Harry are not the only royal family members to release a picture filled with cheer as a celebration of this holiday season.

The family arrives on Christmas Eve for afternoon tea and a black-tie dinner, along with the opening of presents.

Harry and Meghan have been living at Nottingham Cottage on the grounds of Kensington Palace since announcing their engagement a year ago.

On Christmas Day, the entire family usually attends morning service at the tiny Sandringham Church, before sitting down to Christmas dinner.

Kate wore a similar outfit in her family's 2015 Christmas snap.
